Really complicated hiring process. The initial screening interview with HR was preceded of detailed job-specific written Q&A via mail (for which you are given less than a day) + a take home assignment (for which you are also given 1 day time, and potentially you are expected to work during the weekend in order to meet the HR set deadline). The technical interview is an hour and half. For a business position, the interview had lots of DevOps technical questions - such as types of code testing, DevOps processes, CI/CD stages etc.
