The Sift recruiter who handled my case was exceptionally professional, courteous, and engaging. I had phone interviews with the recruiter, and with my potential manager, before deciding to move forward with an onsite interview. For the onsite, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, motivated, and eager to identify a culture fit.
While I was not extended an offer, I felt like the process was transparent throughout and I was in good hands. They opted for a candidate with more applicable experience for the position in question, but I hope that if the time is right in the future, Sift and I will cross paths again!

Fair in terms of number of rounds, communication was transparent throughout. Expected to have a minimal understanding of technical processes involved in the product even if the role itself is not technical.
