Felt the pre-recorded interview was impersonal due to selected questions and does not give candidates the chance to fully show who they are. Disappointing i did not also get any feedback as to why I did not progress this would be valuable to any candidate.
Long interview but simple questions, no rescheduling and everything completed on time. I was very lucky that I didn't have to wait long for the final decision from the employer.
