Campus placement, Aptitude test in English, Quant and logic.
Interview was done by panel of three who came with specific role in there mind. One from marketing management and other from operations.
Because of my technical skills I was selected for technical role
The interview process was 3 steps - first was a Phone screen with HR, then onsite panel style interview. Received facility tour and spoke with Quality and production teams. They decided to remove the posting after the interview due to change in company hiring priorities.

What is my experience with ISO audits and quality management systems?
The interview process was quick and easy, includes facility tour and introduction to key players. However it did seem disorganized pre and post interview. Talent specialist was helpful and tried to find a good fit for interviewee.

Phone interview followed by an in person interview with members I would be interacting with. Whole process took about two weeks. Members were easy to talk to. Did not hear back after the interview.
