BEWARE- their interview process does not respect your time at all. It is highly inefficient and unnecessarily long. They first made me take an online skills test (it's basically an IQ test) which takes 30 minutes or so. Really weird and unnecessary for working professionals but I did it. After that, they had me meet with the Hiring Manager. They then had me do a panel interview with 2 peers. This one was really negative as one of the peers clearly was uninterested and made it clear he didn't like that I didn't have eCommerce experience... like OK- the hiring manager and recruiter clearly didn't care, so if it's a deal breaker why waste my time and ask me to interview? They then make you do a 1 hour interview with the recruiter where they ask you a bunch of questions covering personal life, high school, college, and your career (really weird that they cover high school). At the end of the recruiter chat, he asks for salary compensation expectations and my expectations end up being way over what they're willing to pay. lol. Like why didn't you ask me this at the start. Got a rejection email the next day.

It was a straightforward and well-organized process. It started with a Recruiter Screening, followed by a detailed Life Story Interview, a Hiring Manager 1:1, and a final Case Study/Demo. Communication was clear and consistent throughout.
