Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 3 stages:
1. Stage 1: Getting to Know You - The Life Story
As the name says it, it is a very relaxed interview conversational style.
Stage 2: Take home challenge.
-This was a relatively easy challenge that tested basic Rails skills and API
Stage 3: Assessing Technical Skills
This was the final technical interview. This was not a very difficult question either.

OA (3 coding questions, not really typical LC but more problem solving, + IQ test) -> Pair programming interview (Easy OOP, AI tools allowed) -> Life story interview (Chill conversation about your life) -> offer
OA with coding questions, have to use ruby for the last problem. Then personality test. After that is technical round and then "life story" round which is kind of behavioral

Entrevista
This is about the assessments that comes before the actual interview. There were 2 parts of it. First one consists of aptitude(40 questions) and behavioural test. The second part was about coding, which consists of 2 medium size question.

In aptitude test, 40 questions about some general logical and mathematical questions. For coding part, 2 medium size questions for about 40 minutes.
