I applied through Glassdoor. The HR is based in Canada and therefore all of our communication is via email. Due to covid-19, all the interviews are web-based. I went through 3 rounds of interview in total. 1. 30 mins interview with one of the team members. 2. 45 mins Life story interview with HR 3. 1 hr interview with the hiring manager. The whole process is quite lengthy and I did a lot of preparation. So sad that I didn't make it. But anyway they are very friendly and you can feel that this company is truly inclusive.
