I applied online. The same day I received an email requesting that I book a 15 minute phone chat with a recruiter. The chat took place 12 days later and went well. A week later I was asked to book another chat with a different recruiter, this one a longer one which they call the "life story". I had the option to skype or come into the office. I chose to show up in person and was able to get in the next day. It was a good opportunity to get a glimpse at the work environment (which I thought was really nice). The life story was not stressful. They want to get to know the person before moving on to more technical interviews. About 2 weeks later I was informed that they decided to go with another candidate. So overall it took a little over a month. The process was smooth and respectful. I did not get the job but would not hesitate to apply again.
