Process ran from start of May (online application) to July (rejection after final stage interview). At the time of applying, little salary information ("competitive") or detail around the number of interview stages was provided - which was essentially:
Stage 1: 15 minute phone call
Stage 2: Design challenge to be completed over a week, and deliverables (CAD, engineering drawing, and presentation) sent over email for review
Stage 3: In-person presentation of design challenge
Stage 4: Final stage in-person interview - consisting of a presentation of a past project to a panel (45 mins), followed by 4 separate 121 interviews with different staff members (~3 hours total).
Generally disappointed with the quality of communication. I requested an update after stage 3 but received no acknowledgement or replies for nearly 3 weeks after the interview, and assumed I'd just been rejected. I then received an invite to stage 4, after which I was rejected with minimal feedback:
"The panel feedback was mainly centered around compatibility with our vision for driving growth within the company, and didn't feel that this was a fit that would enable us both to thrive right now."
I requested more specific feedback so I could at least learn from the experience, but received no reply. This process was spread out over 2 months, requiring me to spend 1 day of PTO, and considerable personal time to complete the design challenge and presentations. I would be wary of investing too much time in an application having now done it.

Initial brief phone call to learn basics was fine, but then expected to complete a significantly time consuming DFM test project at just second of multiple stage process. Followed by no response for over a month after, wouldn't recommend applying
