I initially had applied online for the new grad position. I was then required to answer 2 back-to-back questionnaires, the first one being values based and the second one being more problem-solving based. I then received an email to have a phone interview, where this occurred about 2 weeks after the initial inputting of my resume. They said it would take two weeks to hear back and I am still waiting for the results
