It was a very worst experience. It started with a call from HR team, then they gave me one assignment to work. It was very easy but took a lot of time to complete as I have to manage it out of my office hours. Now comes the catchy point, based on my assignment I got a call from HR team that I will be having my telephonic round next day. It was scheduled for 11 AM, but that person called me at 11:30 - No respect for others times. Hardly he had a conversation with me for 7-8 min and asked me around 8 question which I answer correctly. Still, He gave a wrong feedback to HR team. It was pretty strange to hear that I am not selected for next round. There could be 3 possible reasons. 1) They might have already hired someone before me, but just for the sake of interview process, they kept telephonic round. 2) Maybe Interviewer Ego came on the way because I was questioning him back and pointing him wrong in most questions. 3)Maybe they want some coder like Steve Wozniak. He judged my skill in that 8 min, Ignoring my Assignment work. (They should have taken telephonic round 1st then) If a candidate is not selected please send a mail regarding the rejection with a "VALID" reason of it, not just a copy paste message used for everyone
