I was contacted within a week of applying online for a phone interview with a Senior Home Manager. Follow up took about 1.5 weeks until the next round of interviews, where it was an in person technical and behavioral interview with a few people in the office.
After the in-person interview, there was no follow up on the next steps. I followed up 3 times with the original interviewer and once to the standard contact email. I received no response. Highly unprofessional to go through two rounds and have ZERO communication to candidates. I was extremely disappointed as I thought the interviews went well and really enjoyed speaking with the team. As they are a start up and working through their HR kinks, I understand some things may fall through the cracks but this was unfortunate.

Describe your current role and how it relates to this position.
Short and to the point. The asked me when I could start I gave them a date a week out, he asked me to come in two days later, I did thinking it would be a quick visit, later to find out I would work from then on.
