Entrevista
Hiring/Interview structure is divided into 4 rounds:
1. Phone screening by HR
2. Interview with Design Manager
3. Design Aptitude Test
4. Interview with Creative Director and Assistant Design Manager
Overall process was quite long (~1 month) with around 1 week of waiting after each stage. Interview with the managers were quite casual with no specific structure to the questions being asked — feels a bit 'go with the flow'.
