5 rounds of interview over 3 months (around 4 months from the day that I applied for the job). Applied the job for 1.5 month, received a call for phone screen (around 20 mins call for basic resume walkthrough). Round 2: Zoom interview with HR - behavioral questions Round 3: Interview with Planning Managers on technical & behavioral questions Round 4: Basic excel formula test + OTB case study Round 5: Final Interview with director.

5 step process 1)Phone interview, called in for interview in a week. 2)HR round with cordinator & hr manager Went through complete resume, asked many situational/behavioural questions. 45mins to 1 hour 3)Technical round with Planner and Senior Planner 40 mins planning related questions, sales, business, replenisment, OTB 4) excel test & case study- half hour: sumifs/pivot tables and case study on replenishment and OTB 5)After this was cleared was called for a meet with Olanning director next week. For about 30mins general behavioural questions to see if I will be a good fit.
