After interview with recruiter, a call was scheduled with the hiring manager. Standard behavioural interview. I thought it went really well. Never heard back since, despite following up, not even a rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process included multiple stages: a recruiter screen, a conversation with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, and several final-round interviews with engineers and a senior leader.
The process felt well-structured overall, and the interviewers were professional throughout. However, there was a significant delay between application and the first response, followed by a fairly compressed schedule.
One of the technical interviews was framed as a system design round, but focused primarily on live coding rather than architecture. No feedback was shared at the end of the process, which made it harder to evaluate my performance or improve.

Entrevista
Applied Online, Recruiter reached out to schedule a call. A 15 min phone screen call was scheduled but the recruiter called 30 mins late expecting me to answer the call. We rescheduled the call for some other day. But again same behavior. The recruiter never called this time. Total waste of my time. Pulled my application as I found the process very unprofessional.
