Shambolic- Was invited to interview, the first stage the director made out that he was the most important thing in the world- full of his own self-importance! Gave me the task of how to win friends and influence people before the next stage 2 days later, knowing full well i had other interviews going on. I read the book - it was pointless he never asked me a single question about it.. Then interviewed me and offered me the role in the interview and told me to cancel everything else I had at the time. I declined and they kept me there for 40 mins to get me to accept. They made me feel intimidated and bullied from the first moment. Tom Parker is old school and so is his business. Horrible place
