A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and scheduled a 15 minute phone call, Interviewed via zoom with the Managing Director, Director of Recruitment, a peer interview with an associate on the team, and lastly a Zoom with the CEO. All of the interviews felt very conversational. I was able to ask all the questions I had while also get to know the team.
