In total I completed three interviews over a three week period after hearing from the recruiter about a month after submitting my application. My interviews with the hiring manager and team members were genuinely positive. Everyone was warm and gave me a clear understanding of the role. However, the interview process itself was a bit disappointing. The recruiter canceled interviews at multiple times, including some at the last minute, which was a bit disorganized. Despite multiple follow-ups after my last interview, I never received an update on my candidacy. Being ghosted after several interviews felt unprofessional and a simple courtesy reply would have been appreciated.
