I applied online. I got reply from for HR telephonic screening. He told me about position and asked me some basic questions like relocation, pay-scale expectation etc. Then he scheduled first technical round over Skype. It was easy enough. Questions were based on Python file handling and some discrete mathematics puzzle. After first interview they took almost three weeks to respond me back. then second round of interview was scheduled over Skype. It was also technical interview. He asked me about projects I did. But most worst part of the procedure was that of amount of time they took to respond after my second interview. They took one month to respond and that too when I followed up for second time. Management is not good. He replied me with email that they are not hiring any candidate as of now.

Entrevista
Was a breezy phone call to assess my past experience and interest in learning relevant software technologies. Questions were mostly along the standard lines - included conversation both from HR perspective, as well as technical aspects.

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by a Skype interview. Both were to gauge your interested and also to know you a little more in regard to past experience. They brought me for an on-site interview after. The people that interviewed me were 10 minutes late and one of them was very pushy.

Past work experience/projects, bridge crossing puzzle problem, main concepts of OOD, writing a program that takes in two text files and produces a third file that contains only the first and third column of the first file and second column of the second file.

Entrevista
The interviewer called and asked me general questions about my schooling and software projects. He then went on a bit of a rant explaining that the days of getting a Mercedes right out of school were over. He told me to be on the lookout for a link for a stage two Skype interview but instead told me the next day via email the company had chosen to look at other candidates.
