The interview process at Seed was longer than I initially expected. I did appreciate speaking with enough people to understand the cross-collaboration and different aspects of the role truly. The communication between steps was clear, and I loved being consistently updated throughout—Jennifer was especially helpful in guiding me through the process. While the test and presentation took more time than I predicted, it was only because I wanted to ensure everything was as thorough and thoughtful as possible.
