The process started with them actually telling me I was shortlisted—shocking, right? Scheduled an interview quickly, which gave me false hope they cared. After the interview? Crickets. Follow-ups were ignored like I’d never existed. Clearly, they’ve mastered the art of wasting candidates' time. Communication? Nonexistent. Respect for applicants? A joke. They should rename their hiring process 'The Ghosting Olympics.'
