Laid back and simple, they just asked a few questions about my background, school, and experience. They asked what I expect from them and what I can give them. They asked how many hours I'd want to work and were happy that I wanted as many as possible. It was just me and one of the managers, and she was very nice. The only negative thing was I applied originally for clothing associate since I would've been best at that but they pretty much told me I'd be in mattress sales even though I've never done sales or had any knowledge of mattresses. However, they did train me for almost a week before I got out on the floor.
