Felt as though the interview process was just to get ideas on their issues. A lot of the questions were targetted at solving their issues and met with "great I think we'll try that". After final interview was told that they'll organise a in-person meeting for the last stage. After not hearing back over the next few days I attempted to contact them myself for no response after they had been extremely responsive prior. Really unprofessional
