2 Interview Process. One with the recruiter which was a fairly informal interview, mostly getting to know you, learn about your experiences and how they relate to the role and trying to figure out fit. 2nd interview was with a branch manager and area manager and was more specific and difficult questions about specific skills and knowledge of banking processes, financial processes and client engagement.

Most questions were not routine questions. They had questions prepared to test knowledge of how banking and their process as a business advisor goes. Know how you can relate your past experiences to be successful in the role, and they were interested a lot in how you handle client interactions. Most questions though were derived on spot based off of things you said. They would often say something like "so you mentioned... can you expand upon that or tell us how that relates or how you dealt with that..."
The interview process was very smooth. Did the interview with the branch manger and the business development manager. They asked a lot of question about the role and also what I could bring in the table.

Total two interviews happened. First is an HR round which is more cultural and the second is with the hiring manager. The whole process was more focused on the behavioural aspects of the job.

The overall feeling was great.
