The first round was a video interview that lasted 10 minutes long, then moved to an in-person interview if made past the video phases. The in-person interview was in their office with 2 rounds back to back.

This starts from how to approach clients, to circumstantial questions and scenarios given issues that may arise. Questions are also geared toward an understanding of the tools available to a wealth team to assist specific requests for a client and how to handle high net worth clients as well.
