Long and difficult, very challenging, but worth it. I was provided accommodations to fly in, and prepared a presentation, followed by a lunch meeting, then a panel interview, then an interview with HR. so the interview was a whole day length. Everybody was helpful and tried to reduce stress. The point is not to break the interviewee, but to define the limits of his/her knowledge

Straight forward HR round followed by second Technical Round followed by last Presentation round with tech round and if selected you get an offer Prepare well with resume and basics of power system protection if you are protection domain.

First telephonic interview with some technical questions and then on site interview with HR and technical team. If you get selected in phone interview then you will be called for onsite interview with whole team.

Applied online, about 1 week email back, then for a 30 mins Phone Interview, half basic question about their company, and yourself. and half tech question They recorded your interview, sent to another office, they will decide whether follow up or not.
you need to familiar their products, and value. also some basic knowledge about your positions.
