Phone interview with recruiter, followed by a technical on-site interview and social. Process seemed to go fairly quick. They do require that you provide references. Overall, a good experience for a formal interview.

Applied online and was automatically sent an email. A day later I was contacted to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview I was then contacted to fill out a background check form and scheduled an onsite interview.
