I applied online and called three days later to see if anyone had reviewed my application. The woman I spoke to had not but scheduled me for a phone interview anyway. The day I spoke to her on the phone she still hadn't looked over my app or resume which I thought was strange and kind of caught me off guard. She wasn't very outgoing or warm. We did not click or talk about anything I'd expected/prepared for.
