After applying online, I received a call from HR requesting to schedule a phone interview. From there I was invited to Schechter Wealth for two separate in-person interviews (roughly a week apart). I met individually with my direct supervisor (Director of Marketing), the COO and another member of senior leadership. The average duration of both interviews was 2-3 hours. I received an offer within 72 hours of my final interview.
