My experience with the hiring process was disappointing. After submitting the assignment well before the deadline, I waited over 12 days to receive an update. When I finally heard back, I was sent only a generic rejection message stating that I would not be moving forward, without any constructive feedback. I also followed up and specifically requested detailed feedback to understand where I could improve. Even after waiting another week, I did not receive any response. Considering the significant amount of time and effort I invested in completing the assignment and providing a thorough explanation of my design process, I expected at least a few minutes of meaningful feedback. While I understand that not every candidate can be selected, timely communication and constructive feedback demonstrate professionalism and respect for applicants' time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring process and candidate experience in the future.
