Quick initial contact after submitted the application. Had an initial coffee chat and again all organised switly and promptly. Invited to a formal interview and once finished was told I would hear back from someone soon - was over two weeks until I had an outcome. Felt it was a shame they couldn't have come back sooner or at least contacted me to let me know I was still being considered but it was going to take a while to come back to me with a full outcome.
