Onsite interview was unorganized. I was scheduled to interview with 3 senior leaders and only one showed up. The interviewer took off his face covering after walking me in the conference room claiming a social distance of 6 feet is fine without a mask. At a huge manufacturing facility with hundreds of employees, this person gave a stranger interviewee lots of trust by not protecting himself and his staff during the uncertain times of Covid. HR never follow up as promised nor notify ahead of time with the changes in the interview schedule. Since then, additional recruiter from the company reach out to me for the same job.
