There were no interviews, but all applicants had to go through a series of assessment centres with group activities which involved team work and problem-solving during the selection. No prior experience or preparations were needed for the assessment centre.

Second round (if shortlisted from 1st round): full day Assessment Centre, consists of business simulation, some sort of “treasure hunt/race”, role play etc.
