I interviewed online and although it took a while to get an initial response they were then really prompt with letting me know if i got onto future stages. the assessment centre was quite easy, redid some tests from earlier on in the application and did the standard group stuff and presentations .

Muy bueno, informativo y cordial. Inicialmente con Talent Acquisition, me enviaron un mail donde me comentaron detalladamente todos los beneficios de la contratación y detalles de las responsabilidades, para coordinar una llamada, que fue muy buena . No seguí avanzando pero me dieron respuesta en tiempo y forma cuando lo solicité.

The Marketing panel in Dubai did not have clear expectations on the intensive case study they requested. The focus during the presentation appeared loosely defined and very inconsistent with the role description. With limited probing questions and vague feedback, it gave the impression that the panel was not aligned on the requirements of the role. The lack of structure raises concerns about how candidates are evaluated and selected.
