I was working on the receiving dock in one store when they built a store closer to my home. I went to the hiring center unannounced to speak to the manager of the new store. I had worked on the dock for 10 years and I explained to him that I wanted the job and his site needed me. I was called back for a 2nd interview where he just told me his expectations.
