Applied through my university. Was interviewed by two sales directors, then the CEO. All three spoke very openly about the role and how they fit within my career objectives. It was clear that there were other people in the company that had been successful and promoted from the role I was interviewing for.

Inefficient interview process, which took approx. 2-3 weeks to complete.
Met 1:1 every single time; met 3 people from management separately. All of which, asked the same set of questions so I don't understand why the 3 of them couldn't have gotten together to save the interviewee the time and pain of commuting to the workplace.

3 Interviews with different people the first day, lots of candidates in the waiting room, active office with no receptionist, met with a couple of younger people and finished with the president
