For therapists there is a short process that includes interview with Tony, the HR person. Then Brian the owner will be present or the director of that program you are in. After that an offer is make and a super strict and unethical contract will be presented

Friendly and comfortable the interview staff made me feel at ease. I felt going in that this was the place for me, therefore I was relaxed before the interview. Just be yourself and be honest. The want to see the real you.
