They asked me some questions and I took a saliva drug tests. I got called into the managers office after waiting about 10 minutes at the starbucks inside the store. They asked me what i felt the jobs responsibilities are and what kind of person I was. Mostly generic job questions.
It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

Entrevista
When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
