Really good folks to work with, and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. They genuinely cared about my placement and made sure I was in the best position prior to my interviews. After applying online to SW6, Lauren quickly got in touch with me regarding my search for a role in recruitment. From the moment I spoke to Lauren she was full of knowledge and enthusiasm about the role. Lauren arranged multiple interviews for me in just 2 days, throughout my interview process Lauren would call me before and after with helpful knowledge about the company as well as intricate feedback after. Lauren made the daunting task of finding my first job in London an absolute pleasure. I cannot thank Lauren and SW6 enough for their help in finding me the perfect role. After an informal phone chat/interview assessing my relevant competencies/experience for a recruitment consultant position, SW6 (more specifically Lauren Langstaff-Roberts) got me six interviews with some of the best recruitment companies London has to offer.
I was given a mass of extremely useful advice and information throughout all stages which complemented my own research/approach massively. Most companies just used interviews to assess candidates, however presentations and sales role-plays were used here and there. Despite being experienced and knowledgeable on how to do well in these styles of assessments, Lauren's advice and information were still extremely useful and fundamental in me getting a 'hard to refuse' offer from one of the best multi-award-winning recruitment firms in London. Not only was Lauren invaluable for smooth-lining the application/interview process, but she served as a fantastic role-model for how a brilliant recruitment consultant goes about their work.
