Consisted of a telephone interview, face time interview and eventually I will set up with four different companies . Unfortunately I was never contacted back in regards to my final application I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism .

After an informal phone chat/interview assessing my relevant competencies/experience for a recruitment consultant position, SW6 (more specifically Lauren Langstaff-Roberts) got me six interviews with some of the best recruitment companies London has to offer. I was given a mass of extremely useful advice and information throughout all stages which complemented my own research/approach massively. Most companies just used interviews to assess candidates, however presentations and sales role-plays were used here and there. Despite being experienced and knowledgeable on how to do well in these styles of assessments, Lauren's advice and information were still extremely useful and fundamental in me getting a 'hard to refuse' offer from one of the best multi-award-winning recruitment firms in London. Not only was Lauren invaluable for smooth-lining the application/interview process, but she served as a fantastic role-model for how a brilliant recruitment consultant goes about their work.
