Had an initial phone call and arranged a face-to-face interview from that. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was quite standard, and I was helped to feel at ease and less nervous.

Describe a time you’ve gone the extra mile for a customer; Describe a time you’ve had to work in a team; Describe a time you’ve persuaded a customer to buy a product (mainly situational Q’s etc.). Also asked about my experience and what I knew about Spar, why I wanted to work there and so on.
