Outsourcing contact you first for screening, behavior and technical questions. Then provide you link for behavorial assessment and accounting test. After this hiring manager perform phone interview. After first process they sent travel schedule, you will have four interviews, one with outsourced HR (you meet HR personal if you are hired ), then business segment manager and team leader, then with hiring manager, and for the last with project manager and other tax supervisor. They answered in less than 48 hours, then was background check and drug test, finishing whole process in around 25 days.

The interviewer just read through my resume and since he is a foreigner and he didn't know anything about what activities that I joined in Malaysia and I explained everything to him. Then, he asked me what else should I let him know? And he asked me to do some accounting questions. That's all.

Applied online and received a brief phone call describing the job and inviting me to the interview. The interview was scheduled for the next week and lasted for about 35-40 minutes. They started with general questions such as and slowly moved to the technical questions intended to test my knowledge and overall understanding.
