It was in october 2013. We took psychometric tests (abstract, mechanical, electrical and mathematical reasoning tests). Each test took about 40 min. We did the tests one after another. We stopped for a lunch while the recruiters corrected our papers. After a while one recruiter shown up and began to call the names of those who had passed the first step. I was not called and I did not understand because I did quite well in the first step. But later I was told by a Slb employee that the recruitment was for those had a three-year or two-year degree. So we engineers were removed from the list. The recruiter made a mistake by sending invitations to engineers too. I was expecting a recruitment for field engineers but it was for field specialist.
