There really wasnt one. I got asked a few generic questions by people I dont think had any experience in automotive manufacturing. But had one phone interview and one in person and then got the job. The red flags thrown up by this shallow process should of been the warning but I threw caution to the wind as I thought it was just due to them being a new company... I was wrong
