For me Interview was scheduled for 9.30 am in the morning. I made it on time. But the interview panel reached only by 11. They chose the people I dont know on what basis exaclty... i waited and waited and waited . I skipped lunch thinking that what if they call me in the mean time . It was past 6 that I went and asked HR if there is any problem I have been waiting. She said please continue waiting we will surely conduct for you. They interview for me fr just five minutes and rejected me.. I was feeling , I dont know what to say... Very bad experience. HR was walking around as though she was ruling CTS.lol... Worst attitude and even organizing..Interview is just a face to face meeting just to share our technical experience . All the HR and interviewers of CTS please note it..
