They advertised job openings on various local sites (craigslist) regarding a job fair, showed up and immediately hired me on the spot. Afterwards we continued the process over email, sent all my paperwork and a week later, we went thru a welcome class, and told how to do things, what to expect, etc.

Over the internet via Microsoft. Pretty quick and painless. I had no prior experience, and was offered a job. No facial piercings or tattoos. Interview was about thirty minute’s. They start off at fifteen dollar’s and hour in the Austin Texas area.
