I had the opportunity to speak with multiple members of the team including the CEO, a product leader, and the implementation team. Each conversation felt meaningful and gave me a real sense of the culture and what the role would actually look like day to day. What really stood out was a role play exercise where I was asked to run a mock kickoff and training session — it was a great way to show what I could bring to the table and gave me a genuine preview of the work. It felt less like a test and more like a real collaboration. The Team: After accepting the offer, I was blown away by the number of team members who reached out personally to welcome me — from the CEO to fellow implementation managers. It says a lot about the culture when people go out of their way to make you feel like part of the team before day one. The interview process consisted of three rounds and moved at a steady, well-organized pace. The first round was with a recruiter to learn more about the position and you. The second round was a discovery interview with the head manager, followed by an in-person final round with the same manager.
