Applied online and received a call a few days later to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of very basic questions and I was interviewed by three people simultaneously. I believe one was an assistant manager, the other was a manager, and the other was training to be an assistant manager. It was the shortest interview I have ever had. They were very friendly and spoke a lot about how growing in the company is a very easy thing to do if you are committed and work hard for it. They told me they would conduct a background check and then contact me. I am still in the process of waiting for them to call me.

Very awkward over all, they kept trying to 'trick' me by changing up certain words and seeing if id catch the change in the question. Also put you on some super old school website training.

The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
