Entrevista
The process took me about a week all together. They called me the day after I applied online and scheduled an interview the week of. Interview was more of scenario questions and what would you do. Took about half an hour and started the next day. I needed to take an online orientation that took about two days but you get paid. It was quite fast all in all. They really keep in touch with you.

Very awkward over all, they kept trying to 'trick' me by changing up certain words and seeing if id catch the change in the question. Also put you on some super old school website training.

I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
