I applied and it took a month and a half before an initial call happened with HR. A phone interview took place after that, followed by a face-to-face, and then followed by a site visit to a local quarry. Typical questions nothing that would shock you. The only bad thing is that I wasted essentially three days two of which I had to take personal time. What frustrated me was that after this entire process not even a simple hey we chose someone else it was just ignore and don't reach out. If this is how they treat an interviewee think how they would treat an employee.
