Awful experience. Waste of time. Bad communication.
I spent lots of time for phone interview, 2 onsite interviews and test task.
During onsite interviews asked pretty general programming and algorithm questions.
I want to believe that their development process is different.

I think the point of the interview was to see the problem-solving attitude. Also how to communicate if there are another opinion.
